Items accepted at HHW collections include: paint, stain, cleaners, old gas, yard and garden chemicals, rechargeable batteries, used oil, solvents, and other chemical products. Many items that go through Household Hazardous Waste go through recycling or reuse programs but require special handling due to their chemical nature.
