Annual Morrison Todd Wadena Community Health Board Meeting

All 5 County Commissioners invited along with County Administrators and Coordinators from each County to attend the Community Health Board meeting.   The meeting will be held at Pizza Ranch in Wadena. Agenda to include a presentation and group discussion; Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
