| The Assessor is responsible for estimating the current market value of every parcel of
legally described real estate in Wadena County. The Assessor's office
determines the value of all County property and makes the assessment based
upon appraisals done by the appraiser staff or local Assessor. This office
also reviews and corrects local Assessment books, attend Local and State
Board of Equalization meetings, and appears in court to defend assessments
as an expert witness. |
