Responsibilities
This division is responsible for tracking Registered Predatory Offenders ICAC and assisting local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in their investigations.

The Investigations Division is responsible for the following:

• Arson
• Burglaries
• Child abuse/neglect
• Vulnerable Adult Crimes
• Death Cases
• Financial/Fraud Cases
• Robberies
• Thefts
• Welfare Fraud
• Search Warrants/Administrative Subpoenas
• Forfeitures
• Tracks Registered Predatory Offenders
• Member of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Taskforce
• Member of the Child Protection & Adult Protection Teams
• Assists all local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies with investigations
• Assists in educating the public, mandated reporters and Sheriff's Office Staff on changing laws regarding criminal investigations
